Yeah, I see that all of the South Ferry loop is marked with LU position signs. So they have to close it in the worse conditions not because it is blocked with snow, but just because they need the space for layups. I guess when the new terminal opens, they will continue to use the loop for layups, but the terminal can stay open.I see now you can see the new tunnel veering off to the right. I didn't know that much was completed already. There is also some open construction space at the end of the platform which is boarded off, but you can see into it through the cracks, or if you are lucky, the plywood door might be open. |
