Actually, those Bombardier cab cars are somewhat light (108,000 pounds) and there isn't much of a "pilot" to deflect stuff in its way.As a result, whatever they hit, if it is sizeable, gets wedged under the front end, lifting it enough so the flanges become ineffective....and then we know what happens there. |
