The vehicle was wedged between the rails. When the train hit it, it was like hitting a bumper. As a result, lead truck of the cab car climbed up the vehicle and went sideways. Rest of train followed, bounced off a parked UP locomotive and into the path of the inbound. This would have been a 4000-1 payoff in Vegas. :( |
