"It also has slight physical problems (e.g. that rubbish bridge at Spuyten Duyvil). "Sure Hudson Line to Penn has issues. There's no 3rd rail in Manhattan either, and in Penn the LIRR 3rd rail doesn't work for MNRR trains. But NH line to Penn doesn't have those issues. It's a piece of cake EXCEPT for the organizational problems. They've even just made New Rochelle more conducive to trains crossing over. |
