My thoughts, D = runs express inBrooklyn to / from Bay Parkway peak hours - which is possible since the middle track is reverseable and therefore dual signaled, while the m runs local to coney. Nassau street service is very underutilized.If any line in Brooklyn deserved 24 / 7 express service, it would be the Brighton line. I have been on Brrighton trains [ Q / D ] @ 11 p.m. that looked like rush hour. |
