It wouldn't have been until the 80's when the M was thrown off the Brighton (at which time there was no QB). We are not talking initial service changes when the Culver was severed, we are talking had the shuttle held on for a couple more years, it's usefulness would have been more apparent when they needed to 'do something" with the M train when it needed to be removed from the Brighton when the Manhattan Bridge and Brighton line reconstruction began. |
