That really can't be done much anymore. These two spots are now isolated, controlled from the ENY master tower. Besides, J ridership is heavy to/from Archer Ave. Short-turning trains short of this section makes no sense. The 12 TPH capacity limit does not really affect J ridership. That's enough for this part of the line. |
