Skip-stop service is certainly not a waste. Any time savings for J riders is welcomed. Those headed for Jamaica Center from Manhattan can save more than 5 minutes going skip-stop. It made no sense on the 1/9 line, but it does on this one. Besides, it's been reduced to about one hour each way now. |
