I s'pose it would be an unreasonable question to ask "why don't they fix the meters?" :(It's not like they have a machine on the corner that you can deposit your "parking fee" into in lieu of the meter although some localities on the planet have just such an arrangement ... then again, most place I go don't have the damned things anyway ... |
