I don't consider endangering the lives of passengers to be an honest mistake. This strikes me as gross incompetence. That conductor is the poster child for OPTO and should be reprimanded.How was this situation "endangering the lives of passengers"? The conductor opened the doors to an active platform. It was just the wrong platform. |
