Biggest problem isn't that it's just a large organisation, it's a large POLITICAL organisation and therefore, there's no downside to being a complete twit ... so long as YOUR party remains in charge and it doesn't splash on the gov's shoes DIRECTLY. But do a GREAT job and the tides change and you're STILL out. There's absolutely NO incentive to "do the right thing" ... and THAT'S what so many people completely miss. :(In Britain, accountants rule ... HERE, lawyers do. Here, bad numbers mean NOTHING. |
