But in the depot I work in with 800+ personnel they are very few who love working for NYCT.The majority are in it for the money and benefits. And if they could find a job that payed as equal as what they get at NYCT they would leave in a second. I know, I have been working here for 12 years at its only getting worse. Imagine dealing with several hundred people like jps's weekly on both ends. Its a draining and tiring job. |
