I was thinking - yes a dangerous thing to do at times ,and it seemed to me taht when you go before a judge - and say "I didnt know that was illegal" they say"Ignorance of the law does not excuse breaking it" What of the police? Is it fair to ask the court/ police what it says about them, if they are not aware of the laws? |
