Which is *why* the LION would bring back food concessions in the subway system. Imagine having a Subway in the subway!But as part of the concession (and they can use the mezzanine as a dining area) they would have to maintain and clean the area AND provide clean and sanitary restrooms. There would be signs at the boundaries of their concession: "No food or open beverages beyond this point" What the heck. If you can't beat them, join them. Maybe you make some money off the venture.
