Soda is probably worse for you because it has a lot of sugar in it.As for coffee, I never understand why people put sugar in coffee. As far as I am concerned, it's undrinkable with sugar. A good cup of coffee should be able to be drunk without sugar. Actually, a good cup of coffee should be able to be drunk black! (I do add a splash of milk usually, but I have noticed, the better the coffee, the less it even needs milk....the worse the coffee, the more I guess you need to add to disguise the fact that it's crap coffee. |
