They are a necessity, just as they are in every other city that built them. All the traffic that they DO carry could not be absorbed by local streets, local streets that people must live on. But anyway, the thread has already run it's corse, there's not much else to talk about that hasn't been mentioned? The original intent unfortunately accounted for 10% of this thread, but that happens anytime RM come up. I think everyone has already said what they want to say at this point, so no need to move now. |
