At Utica Ave/Fulton and South 4th Street (Broadway on the G) sstation shells WERE built. Pics have been posted (Subtalk I think) showing the shell of South 4 St. station And one time when I used the employees toilet at Utica I did see a stairway that would have gone down to the Utica Ave. platform. It was one of those few times I didn't bring my camera. 8-( |
