I don't think anyone disagrees that the line wasn't going to be built. That's not the controversy, most realize the line was planned to be built (Just like the Utica Ave Subway was proposed, and the South 4th St Subway was proposed to be built, as well as the countless other IND 2nd System plans).However, going to be built is quite different than actually built. |
