Interesting point. Please tell us more if you can. That could be an important and even a deciding factor.

There would be no right-of-way or NIMBY issues, but you would still have to use a tunnel boring machine.

Fytton likes the idea a Bakerloo tube extension under the Southern, and your point would help to make the case.
