It would be very rare for a train to appear in service with this level of damage - zero tolerance applies on big trains and tube - cannot remember when i last saw a service train with graff on and i do a lot of travelling all over the UK - the odd minor tag perhaps - and even window etching is on the derease thanks to sacrificial coatings .....major ourge on trackside graff removal of late -especially on the London and major city approaches.Funnily enough Scotland has bnver had a problem with mindless tagging .....must be a culteral thing / trait |
