As originally planned, Essex St Master Tower was to have controlled the Marcy Ave interlocking so lo ating the switches east (RR south) of the station would mean that all trains would stop at Marcy and M/M would then use the route selector to notify Essex St how to line up the train. Although the interlocking is now controlled by ENY Master Tower, the end result is still the same. |
