There lies the problem. On one side of their mouth Janno Lieber and company proclaim "great customer service" yet if the answer is to send East Side trains to Flatbush and West Side trains to Utica/New Lots so much for "great customer service" due to a transfer at Franklin Ave. For approx. half the ridership.

What about all the major 24/7 service changes in order to rebuild Rogers Jct. (and DeKalb)? There is no easy answer here.
