It really was impressive. It was a chance meetup, we were driving east from Albuquerque and it was heading west, coming out of St Louis that day. It was just a short trip out of the way and Chamois was where we'd need to wait the least. We stuck out like sore thumbs in our NYC clothes and car with NY plates. Someone did ask how we ended up there. It looked like half the town was there. |
