Is that NJT's solution?NJT has a million excuses for not upgrading the Princeton Branch. Meanwhile, they spend averages of $100 million per mile to upgrade the former CNJ in Bayonne for light rail; guess one extravagance is better than a simple upgrade. They are the same entity that canceled the Arrow III rebuild, to boot, and let ALP-44s get "destroyed" by a storm. |
