I noticed that during the 1967-76 EE's run, 1972-74 subway maps listed it under IND as "BMT in Manhattan." Yet after the 1976 service cutbacks and changes, and to the last map of 1978 with the 1967 color scheme, with the N there was no "IND in Queens" disclaimer. |
