If it really seemed like it was a life-and-death matter (not just someone "feeling unwell"), I'd wait until a station, pull the cord or block the doors or both, and call 911. If I get arrested, it would be on a clean conscience. There's effectively no difference with the train starting to move with someone trapped in the doors vs. the train starting to move with someone on board not being dragged but who may not survive until the next station. |
