The stub tks at Hudson Term (WTC) line up almost perfectly with the BMT tks ant it was intended to “reclaim” that portion of the BMT and connect it via the bellmouths S/O Whitehall St and a new tunnel to the stub tks at Court St. That would have had all BMT Bway lcl service from uptown terminating at City Hall and all Montague St tunnel service from Bkln routed up Nassau St. |
