Back in the early 70s, crime was bad but, to your point, it was mostly muggings. There were homeless to be sure and probably some mentally ill as well. Some lines at certain times of the day were bad back then (wasn't the 2 called "The Beast From The East" at one time?). Today it feels more random and harder to understand. |
