The SIRT cars had "brights" as well as regular sealed beamsThat would make sense since the M-1/M-3's also had high beams and are FRA mandated. When some R-46's were sent to Staten island to sub for R-44's being overhauled at Coney island shops, my friend told me the R-46 sealed beams were 60W as opposed to the 100W on SIRTOA. Bill M. |
