That 'Q' was also part of the sidewall for the Queens Plaza station before it was remodeled.The other two were different. (In the case of 65th Street, the tint of purple/violet is the tipoff.) Believe me, I have studied the intricacies of this legendary and iconic tiled type. And then there was the variant used on the northernmost end of the IND Spring Street station (the extension that was built and opened in 1953). That variant looks like it was also used on the now-closed LIRR Woodhaven station in the section pointing to Jamaica and the Rockaways (as well as on their East New York station). A few samples:
