Weren't the stations beyond ENY equipped with florescents right from the start?I remember when the entire IND was incandescent bulbs. It was dark and dreary. I can remember taking an F train in Brooklyn long after I thought they were all done and 15th/PP and Ft Hamilton Pkwy still had them. |
