Posted by FYBklyn1959 on Mon Sep 26 10:20:37 2022 With the Mets and Yankees both having qualified for post-season play, there is a chance that they could meet in the Fall Classic as they did 22 years ago. In 2000, you may recall that MTA ran a train of brand-new R-142s as a World Series Special on the 4. I know 6311-5 was involved, don't remember the other set. So I'm wondering if the R-211 set would be ready for a special run on the B or D to the Stadium (I don't know their status at the moment) |
