This is why I would think it is effective."I agree with that but I do see a problem, CCTV would probably require either a radio transmission or Wifi. Radio transmission might be ineffective if there are too many transmissions at the same time. At present the free public Wifi in the NYC subway exists only in underground stations. The tunnels are not wired for wifi or cell phones. Wifi in outdoor stations exists only if the users cell phone or device has mobile data. |
