The two easternmost tracks at the Chambers Street Station (J3,J1) are opened. Service will be provided by Southern Division trains
operating across the south side of the Manhattan Bridge.

I've posted this undated photo before. Could this BRT photo op have anything to do with the opening of the two eastern most tracks or
is this the first train over the Williamsburg Bridge ? I feel like this is Chambers St. and that could be the tower on the right.
