Like the R46 holster control panel.
It had definite speed control buttons.
I saw for myself how some operators used it along the Queens Blvd Express,in "regulated mode"..65mph!

I loved it... songs that traction motors made was music
Today..yeah. We are treated to Violins of different pitch...by R160 subway cars.
