I wonder why they put the master controller in the center on the R-211 which is the newest tech train?Is it feedback? Did they identify issues with the older R-143? I wonder if it's a width issue with B division trains being slightly wider? Anyway, I'm thinking the mentality decades ago on the R-142 was that it would see little to no CBTC and would be manually operated all of it's time in service. |
