I remember my aunt telling me we were going to take the "fast express" from Franklin to Utica. It was a train of Low-vs and probably around 1958 or '59. My grandmother lived on Sheffield Ave and Livonia and we'd go to Pennsylvania Ave stop of course. Fortunoffs was a regular stop when we went there too. |
