Terminating half the trains does nothing but force people off to wait for the next thru train. And the W thru trains would be just as undependable as the current R, and only run half as often, the rest banished to Nassau STreet line, which is irrelevant having been thrown out at Whitehall Street.The delays are likely on the Queens side of 60th Street tunnel and between 57th and 49th Street. But you can't seem to focus on root causes of problems. |
