Makes me wonder if the property line is such that there was room made for the structure that the city still owns.I'm having a hard time believing that I may have found something that has escaped everybody here in the past. It's in plain sight. Maybe there is something to be said for taking pictures from my bike. Having visited most of the places that had connections torn down I've become familiar with it all, and this is one without explanation because it never had the connection. |
