Bottom level, leading from Jackson to the north side platforms. The structure was ultimately used for the tail tracks. I'm standing on the corner of Jackson Ave, next to the Queens Plaza IND entrance. Those two trackways head straight to Jackson. The tail track was put on top of that. Or street view: QBP Street View
