Nostrand jct may have been limited by the NIMBYs complaints that caused the E/Pkwy Line to be built on 2 levels in the first place.What was that about anyway? They didn't want any tracks under the service roads (and therefore closer to homes)? And if that was the case, how come 4 tracks was OK at Franklin? |
