I know I have used the elevator but I am fuzzy on the details.The year was roughly 1970, +/-1. It was a weekend. I rode my bike on the south outer lower level single lane roadway, which was closed to auto traffic on that particular day (probably all weekend days at that time). My bike and I took the elevator down to the island. That's all I really remember. |
