My "plan" in the past prior to the demolition of the NYWB Viaduct was basically the same as yours except it would have two branches. One runs the full length of Manhattan and is joined at 72nd Street where the Q joins now. One branch runs enters the Bronx along the NEC, up the viaduct, and through the old NYWB station at 180th st and then on the Drye Avenue Line. The other goes down 3rd Avenue in the Bronx to Fordham Rd. |
