There is no south of Emmons. Emmons is right up against Sheepshead Bay.

And Floyd Bennett has water issues, the whole area does, and it is a long way from Kings Plaza, much longer than they would build just to get to a yard. When these lines were first proposed there were probably empty lots for building but that is long ago gone. Maybe in that swamp called Marine Park they could build something but my guess is environmental issues wouldn't allow it.

If it weren't for Kings Plaza I'd say they should end the line at the intersection of Utica and Flatbush and not go all the way, but the businesses would howl at the idea of not including them in the plan.
