I'd suggest on-board validation as occurs widespread around the world (and now it seems even with MTA's SBS services as using OMNY you tap-in on board), but that still doesn't stop someone from trying to play the game of never validating unless they see an inspector coming toward them.My guess is NJT would be among the last of agencies to offer on-board validation. |
