Thanks for the link. In the 6 months I livedin Germantown (the RDG was literally at the border of my backyard) I used CHE almost daily to work in Center City. Rode CHW maybe 6 times total if I needed to get to/from 30th St.
It is too bad Philly is saddled with the rural parts of the state.
