If he broke past a fence- even a flimsy one, he's probably in a lot of trouble.This is where there is a risk of a double standard. If he broke past a flimsy fence and stood on the Capitol steps, yes that's trespassing. But what if he'd done the same level of trespassing in a BLM protest? The amount of trouble he is in ought to be comparable. |
