The problem with that is it would require express trains to/from the Utica Line to cross in front of the N/Lts Av bound lcls the way Lex trains do now at Nostrand Jct (which by the war is the name that TA employees call Rogers Jct) The only way to avoid congestion is to have the 3s run via Utica and the 4s to N/Lts.
