The problem with the way the Bkln IRT was constructed id that with the way the 2 levels are set it would be difficult if not impossible to rebuild Utica as a flying junction. Nostrand Jct is almost but not quite as difficult since it is very likely possible to build new ramps immediately south of Franklin where all tracks are on the same level. |
