They already do, lots of groups outsource to India and WIPRO, not just IT.Some very long time ago I was hired in a mass hiring blitz from a large corporation. What happened was my department was in India, but the exchange rate changed so that they could hire Americans again. The folks in India got paid much differently (they don't do hourly afaik), and as such, the qulaity of the work wasn't even there either. |
